Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ZenDukan (operated by COMPUTER DUKAN DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED), we provide high-value, digital e-commerce infrastructure. Because our Founder License is a limited-edition, high-access product that includes immediate digital delivery and ONDC network positioning, we maintain a strict policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. Nature of the Product
The ZenDukan Founder License (₹24,999) is a digital “Software-as-a-Service” (SaaS) product. Upon purchase, the Licensee receives:
- Immediate access to the ZenDukan OS Dashboard.
- Reserved slotting for ONDC Network integration.
- Lifetime exemption from monthly subscription fees.
2. No-Refund Policy
Due to the irreversible nature of digital access and the immediate allocation of server resources and ONDC registry slots, all sales of the ZenDukan Founder License are final.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds once the payment is successful and account credentials have been generated.
- No Pro-rated Refunds: As this is a one-time lifetime payment and not a recurring subscription, pro-rated refunds are not applicable.
3. Cancellation of Services
- Voluntary Cancellation: You may stop using the ZenDukan platform at any time. However, voluntary cessation of use does not entitle the Founder Partner to a refund of the license fee.
- Account Deletion: You may request the permanent deletion of your account. Please note that once deleted, the “Founder Status” is permanently lost and cannot be recovered or transferred to a new account.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event of a double payment (where the customer is charged twice for the same license due to a technical glitch), ZenDukan will process a refund for the duplicate transaction within 7-10 business days after verification.
5. Violation of Terms
ZenDukan reserves the right to cancel a Founder License without a refund if the Licensee:
- Violates our Terms of Service or Founder License Agreement.
- Engages in fraudulent or illegal activities on the ONDC network.
- Attempts to “resell” or “lease” their license to an unauthorized third party.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your license, please contact our support team before initiating any bank dispute. We are committed to resolving technical barriers within 48-72 hours.
