We collect information necessary to provide a high-performance e-commerce and ONDC-integrated experience:

  • Seller Information: Name, business name, email, phone number, GSTIN, bank account details (for payouts), and KYC documents.
  • Customer Information: Name, shipping address, and contact details provided during the checkout process on your ZenDukan storefront.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and usage patterns to improve platform security and performance.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To host your storefront, process orders, and manage subscriptions.
  • ONDC Integration: To sync your products and order status with the ONDC registry and Buyer Apps.
  • Communication: To send system updates, security alerts, and support responses.
  • Compliance: To fulfill legal obligations, such as tax reporting and fraud prevention.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your data to third parties. We share data only in the following contexts:

  • ONDC Network: Product and shipping data are shared with the ONDC registry to enable discovery by Buyer Apps (e.g., Paytm, PhonePe).
  • Service Providers: We share data with trusted partners (e.g., Razorpay for payments, Shiprocket for logistics) to complete your transactions.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by Indian law or in response to valid legal requests by government authorities.

We implement enterprise-grade security measures:

  • Storage: Data is stored on secure, firewalled servers with restricted access.

  • Data Portability: Export your product and order data for your records.
  • Deletion: Request the deletion of your account, subject to the retention of data required for legal and tax compliance.
