The ZenDukan team will contact your registered email with instructions for providing bank proof, identity/KYC documents and any applicable business or category licence. This initial form does not upload documents. Selling remains disabled until manual verification and approval.

Register your store to sell across the ZenDukan marketplace. Applications are manually reviewed to protect customers and genuine sellers.

Keep these verification details ready

  • Legal name, email, mobile number and complete business address
  • PAN and government-issued identity proof
  • GSTIN where applicable to your business, category or transaction
  • Verified bank account and cancelled cheque/bank proof
  • Business registration, brand authorisation or category licence when required

Approval process: Register → complete verification → ZenDukan review → seller access enabled → add products.
